Enjoy the fourth annual Charleston Tells Storytelling Festival under the oaks in historic downtown Charleston, and listen to some of the best national and local storytellers. Presented by Charleston County Public Library.

Enjoy the fourth annual Charleston Tells Storytelling Festival in historic downtown Charleston, and listen to some of the best national and local storytellers. Programs are planned for both Friday and Saturday nights, including outdoor ghost stories Saturday night. During the day Saturday, there will be multiple concurrent performances, including a tent with activities and programs the whole family can enjoy. The Festival, presented by Charleston County Public Library, blends the area’s Southern charm and rich heritage with a deep-rooted respect for oral history as a revered art form.
