Callie White – celebrated Charleston caterer and the namesake for Callie’s Biscuits – will be joining Zero Restaurant and Bar for a Moroccan cooking class that focuses on creating a dinner you can cook at home with ease.

With years of catering experience, including Reese Witherspoon’s wedding, Callie is an expert in her field.
Callie’s daughter Carrie Morey founded Callie’s Biscuits in 2005 with the goal of keeping Southern food recipes alive, sharing her mother’s homemade, melt-in-your-mouth biscuits with the world. Recognized by Saveur, Food & Wine, Southern Living, The New York Times and Oprah, Callie’s biscuits quickly became a southern classic. Zero George loves them so much, we even serve them to guests as part of our complimentary breakfast!
Miles White, Callie’s son and co-owner of Craft Wine Shop, will be joining Callie for the class. Previously working at the popular FIG Restaurant in Charleston, Miles received his sommelier certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers after graduating in the top of his class in the wine and beverage program at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley.
Three courses and wine will be included. The Moroccan meal will start with delicious.
