Amazing Race to End Hunger! - To support Help of Beaufort - Join Help of Beaufort as we race to end hunger! This event will be styled around the CBS hit reality Television show “The Amazing Race”.

What is The Amazing Race on CBS? It is an American reality competition show in which typically eleven teams of two race around the world. The race is generally split into twelve legs, with each leg requiring teams to deduce clues, navigate themselves in foreign areas, interact with locals, and perform physical & mental challenges.
How is Help’s Amazing Race similar? Help’s Amazing Race will start at a designated location in Beaufort, SC and folks will travel to twelve different spots around Beaufort, Port Royal, St. Helena, Lady’s Island, Hunting Island, Burton just to name a few areas. At each location you will play a game or complete a task at each stop to get your next clue. The first team to complete all of the stops wins!
How is Help’s Amazing Race different? Help’s Amazing Race will also provide contestants with another opportunity to win! Over the course of the weeks leading up to the race day, teams of two will be collecting donations for Help of Beaufort. The team that collects the most funds will also win a prize.
How do I sign up? Signing up is absolutely FREE to do! If you have a team that wants to sign up the more the merrier! BUT please note that in order to participate in the race itself, each team of two must raise or pay a combined total of $200 in-order to race. One week before the race begins we will take the 25 highest fund-raising teams to compete in the race. (we may allow room for additional race teams the week of the race, since this is our first one as we learn).
The Finally will be at the same as the starting location and we will have a buffet dinner available for all of the racers and anyone that donates at least $40 to a team. Tickets can be purchased online through and credited to each teams total fundraising amount, so the more tickets a team sells, the more money their team raises for Help!
