Description
Movement inspired by the moon. Wednesdays this August please join Emma Del Rey and Kaitlyn Dingle for an hour of inspired movement. Class will begin with an astrological moon update by Emma.
Event Details
From there, Kaitlyn will lead the group through inspired movement based on the report. Our aim is to leave room at the end of class for question and answer or mini meditation.
After class you'll habe the the opportunity to shop Plant Babe with a 20% discount.
There is free parking at the venue. You’ll need your own mat, and water and towel if you would like. Feel free to bring a journal in case you feel inspired to make note of what comes up for you.
Investment: $22/class or $55 for three classes up front (savings of $11)
