You are cordially invited to attend Charleston Police Department’s FIRST ever HALLOWEEN HOWL, October 23rd from 4pm-6pm @ CPD headquarters (180 Lockwood)
This event is very similar to Trunk or Treat, which is a safer alternative for children to trick or treat, check out cool police car displays, and enjoy Halloween. There will be a prize for the best decorated patrol car!!!
