Event Details
Monti's "hands on" workshops include demonstrations and individual help for students. Building history with layers of cold wax and texture on wooden panels will be emphasized. Working on Arches oil paper will be demonstrated. One class session will feature demonstrations for mark-making, use of pigment sticks and drawing with Marabu crayons. Students will build history on canvas or wood before creating the mystery of a final composition. The magic of color is part of Monti's approach to painting. Her workshops are designed to bring joy to the creative lives of her students.
