Our lunch buffet changes daily. Monday is meatloaf, Tuesday is BBQ chicken, Wednesday is fried and grilled pork chops, Thursday is turkey and dressing, liver and gizzards, Friday pizza and wings. Everyday we have fried chicken, homemade mashed potatoes, rice, gravy, stewed tomatoes, chicken bog, corn, collards, green beans, gourmet mac and cheese, jalapeño mac and cheese, corn bread fritters and biscuits.
