All jewelry sales are final. Items must be returned within 14 DAYS of purchase. Merchandise must be in the same condition as it was at time of purchase including original tags attached. We do our best to check all merchandise for damages when it comes in. If we miss something that you find on your item it must be reported BEFORE the tags are removed.
