We are known for our take on traditional Cuban recipes with a nontraditional twist of Gypsy influence and Chef Will's travels to many Latin countries.
The Gypsy Pantry is owned and operated by husband and wife team Will and Chloe Vivas. Chloe, a long-haired Gypsy woman with project and planning expertise, and Will an experienced Cuban Chef with over 25 years and 3 successful restaurants in his portfolio are able to make your next event a success.
