Club Horizons of Charleston

We are an adult day program for adults with special needs ages 18 years and older. We focus on daily living skills, communication, creative arts, fitness activities, community involvement and fun! We strive to foster an open environment for learning, growing, and socializing. We are also a medical model with a full time registered nurse onsite. We do accept medicaid waivers and provide transportation!
