This course teaches the strategies required for leading asset reliability improvement initiatives to attain a higher likelihood of success and deliver sustainable productivity. The approach uses lecturettes, exercises, and group discussion. Upon completion of the course, attendees will take away 9 key elements for executing a successful reliability improvement program.
During the in-class time, you will learn: 

Where your company sits relative to best practice companies and how to design a target state that fits your company
How to design organizational structure and functional roles and responsibilities to drive toward the target state
How to orchestrate 12 key parts of a defect identification strategy (P-F Curve)
How to develop people and processes to drive toward organizational excellence
How to develop a defect elimination strategy that prepares for loss elimination
To apply reliability engineering concepts to design a loss elimination strategy
How to manage the D-I-P-F Curve to realize operational excellence target state of availability and first pass yield
How to integrate your reliability improvement program with an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) initiative and assess your readiness for implementation
