Our work is changing rapidly and there is a need for self-aware leaders to lead the next generation to support goals and objectives. In this 2-day workshop, in partnership with the Art and Science of Health Promotion Conferenence, you will identify your unique skillset, set a course for your career and align your work and life goals with those of your organization. You will be given access to the Clifton Strengths Based Leadership Survey® to identify your unique talents and set the ground work for our two days together. Working collaboratively with other professionals, you will learn to use your assets to create a career that supports your values and personal mission, use influence to garner support, and learn ways to gather a team of professionals who will help you build and execute a shared vision. Additionally, you will be given tools, including a core slide deck, so you can speak the language of your executive team and elevate wellness in your organization.
