ABOUT THE EVENT Mt. Pleasant Family Martial Arts is excited to host our first Mother & Daughter Self-defense Class for mothers and daughters looking to take their self-defense and personal health seriously.

As Black Belts and Mt. Pleasant Family Martial Arts, we understand how important your self-defense is and being confident in every situation. Knowing how to react to certain situations quickly will give you the boost you need to live your life to the fullest!
