The Floppin’ Flounder 5k is one of Charleston’s favorite races.
Event Details
Hosted by the Charleston Running Club, with help from the Sullivan’s Island Fire & Rescue Dept and presented by Fleet Feet Mount Pleasant / Fleet Feet Summerville, this race has had a loyal following for over 25 years!
Cash prizes for the top 3 male and female overall finishers.
Age group awards in 5 year increments.
Peyton Johnson Moore Award for the first boy and girl 12 and under to finish the race thanks to Noah Moore.
Finisher Medals for all participants.
Kona Ice flavored ice courtesy of Pack Rat Storage.
Proceeds from the Floppin’ Flounder benefit the Sullivan’s Island Fire And Rescue Dept. and assist with the operational cost of the Charleston Running Club (CRC)
