Silent Disco Yoga is back! Grab your silent disco headphones and join us outdoors on the astroturf lawn at Workshop for an all-levels yoga flow! After class, mingle with your fellow yogis and enjoy 10% off food & drinks from Workshop!

This event is FREE for CorePower Yoga members (sign up in the studio) and $15 for non-members.

- How do I sign up?
Members can register in-studio or by messaging us on Instagram or Facebook! Non-members must pre-register via EventBrite.
- I'm new to yoga, is this event for me?
Yes! This event is all-level and each class is thoughtfully planned to accomodate everyone.
- What should I bring to the event?
We reccomend bringing your yoga mat, a water bottle and a towel. If you do not have a yoga mat, there are yoga mats available to borrow free of charge on a first come, first serve basis.
- Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
A parent/guardian must accompany and remain through the entire event with children under 18.
