The Bluffton and Hilton Head MLK Observance Committees are excited to announce and launch the Lowcountry's first, ever Black Excellence Ball. This occasion will mark a night of celebration of the triumphs and accomplishments of African American entreprenuers, educators, musicians, artists, etc and their contributions to our communities. The night will be filled with amazing food, live music, cash bar, awards, and an evening to remember.
