Event Details

Enjoy a relaxing night out for you and your significant other or a group of friends! We've planned a delicious menu featuring an inspiring blend of Southern Spain & Lowcountry cuisine for a special Dinner for Good to benefit La Morada.

Your evening will begin in the courtyard at Hewitt Oaks, surrounded by graceful moss-laden oaks and sweeping Lowcountry views. When you first arrive, you'll be served a selection of innovative hors d'oeuvres to include:

Lowcountry Shrimp Fritters

Heirloom Gazpacho Soup Shots

Complimentary Create-your-Own Sangria Bar

After some mingling and relaxation, Chefs Christopher & Bethany Hewitt will show us how to prepare a decadent Southern Spain Coastal Dinner. The best part is you won't have to do any of the work!

During the cooking demonstration, you'll enjoy a plated dinner together with your choice of complimentary wine, beer, or Signature Cocktails. We'll show you our tips and secrets for preparing each dish, and you'll get all the recipes to take home with you!

First Course:

Fried Eggplant Salad with Double-cream Burrata,

Roasted Pork Belly, Candied Figs & Mixed Greens tossed in our Hewitt Honey Vinaigrette

Main Course:

Land & Sea

Grilled Iberico Pork Pluma confit Piquillo & Andalusian Orange au Jus paired with

Sea Bass Filet a la Espanola showcasing charred tomatoes & olives in lemon oil

Whipped Potatoes & Citrus Roasted Zucchini Lines

Dessert:

Glam Churros with Chocolate Ganache and Pistachio Ice Cream

100% of the proceeds from this Dinner for Good will be donated to La Morada, created by Novo Missions Organization to provide much needed hospitality, respite, & wellness for those in ministry.

Hewitt Oaks has jumped in with La Morada, which means 'The Dwelling' in Spanish, so that we can be global givers, supporting the extraordinary impact that authentic hospitality provides.

We look forward to introducing you to Jeff & Candy Campbell, who are at the helm of this project in Spain, and we're sure you'll enjoy the inspiring cuisine that we've planned for this succulent summer supper!

We have tables for 2, 4, 6, or 8 — so bring your significant other or come with a group of friends!

Cost is $179 per couple. 21 and over only. Tickets are non-refundable.

We are Wildly Grateful to you for jumping in with us for this delicious evening as we lavish you with heartfelt hospitality to raise funds for this important mission!

Hors d'oeuvres will be served in the courtyard, weather permitting, and dinner will be served in Gracie Ballroom, a spacious event space with double-height ceilings, equipped with A/C and an HVAC sterilization system.
