Description

It’s That Tine Again!! Our 4th Annual 22Kfor22 This year we will be doing a Christmas Theme and Raising Funds for Veteran Families.

Event Details

This event was created to help and raising awareness about the high rates of veterans' suicide.

Every year we walk 22km to help stop the 22 lives lost every day. It's an Epidemic!

We want to fight this together and that's why we would like to invite everyone to join us. Together we can give voice to those who don't have it.

Let's remind everyone, especially veterans, that we are in this fight together. No one is alone!

Suicide Hotline

While we are doing our best to create a community to help, if there is an immediate emergency, please contact the suicide hotline. We will continue to support as we can!

The rate remains unacceptably high for suicides. Please don't become part of that statistic!

If you or someone in your family is facing this problem, don’t hesitate to ask for help and follow the instructions from the professionals:

When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.

The previous Lifeline phone number 1-800-273-8255 will always remain available to people in emotional distress or suicidal crisis.
